Great for my breastfed baby
I was exclusively breastfeeding until my son was a little over 5 months and I just couldn't keep up anymore. To relieve stress, I reluctantly introduced this formula. HE LOVED IT! He reacted no differently and gulped it all down.
It smells different than breast milk, but not weird or anything. I'm very happy that I chose to give my son this...even though it's not breast milk, it's organic and he really seems to like it. He gets one bottle of this a day.
Unsolicited advertising to breastfeeding mothers
I have not tried this product--I'm lucky enough that my infant son has not need to use formula. I received an unsolicited email advertisement for a discount on this product. Direct marketing of infant formula to mothers violates the World Health Organization code on breastfeeding, and I am very disappointed in both Amazon and in this company for for not having respected the code's protective mandates for breastfeeding infants and mothers.
Earth's Best
This product is very good and very comparable to Enfamil Lipil. The only problem my daughter has had is some constipation with this formula.
Wouldn't use anything else!
I purchased this product for my grandchild. She was initially breastfed and when it came time to go to formula, I did some research. Earth's Best was the only choice. I really appreciate the auto-ship from Amazon, it's makes it so easy.
So far, so good
We started using this product after we learned that Organic Similac contained sugar and was in the process of being banned in the EU. I believe that this product uses lactose as the sugar needed to break down the milk-based protein. We knew that we wanted an organic milk-based product to supplement breast feeding when necessary and this one seemed to have the best ingredients. So far our babies seem to tolerate it quite well. No excessive gas or allergies that we can tell after about 8 weeks of using this brand. Also the color is more like my milk and it doesn't stain or have an off-putting smell like other formulas we've seen.
